I’m Natalie Hoop, founder of Hoop Strategy & Consulting and a Fractional COO & Strategic Operations Leader. I help Seed–Series B founders and mission-driven teams (including pet and nonprofit orgs) fix the operational breakdowns behind stalled revenue, slipping margin, and overwhelmed teams so their businesses are actually ready to scale.

Over the last 15+ years, I’ve led operations across SaaS, D2C, and service-based companies and owned outcomes like +238% sales in 30 days, +68 margin points in four months, and tripled runway. I’m known for seeing the whole system—revenue, delivery, customer journey, finance, and team capacity—and turning “something feels off” into a clear plan people can actually run.

I also coach new and experienced fractional leaders to treat their work like a real business, not a string of one-off projects. Together we clarify what they actually do, who it’s for, how to price it, and how to build simple systems so their fractional practice feels stable, profitable, and fully theirs—without overgiving or burning out.

At the core of everything I do is clarity: naming what’s really going on, deciding what matters most right now, and building structure that supports sustainable growth—for the business and the humans inside it. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me hanging out with my family, my rescue animals, Bear, Chip, and Mort, or reading good book.
